At this time, we will discuss your scope of work, timeline, and budget. This consultation typically takes place at the building site.

Blueprint Meeting & Design Consultation
Meet with Cassie to start designing your dream home, and discuss design details to create the most accurate budget possible.

Budget Creation
A budget is created based on the finalized blueprint and design consultation.

Contract
The Blueprint, Budget, Building Specs are finalized. It's now time for the contract.
