Garrott Construction originated in Peoria, Illinois by Ashton's father in 1976. While growing up, Ashton spent his summers and breaks from school working for his father and learning the trade. After graduating from the University of Missouri with a bachelor's in mechanical engineering, Ashton decided to start his own business in Central Missouri, in 2017, with the same name as his father's company. In 2020, Cassie joined the team as our in-house interior designer and draftsman. Since 2020 Garrott construction has been moving from its roots in remodeling and home repair to new construction.  We have been able to apply our lessons learned fixing the mistakes of past builders to our new homes and buildings to bring our customers the highest quality new construction offered.  Additionally, much of the construction industry has moved to a sales-based model where the building of your project is secondary to selling homes. We continue to focus on the building aspect performing much of our work in-house allowing us to maintain high standards throughout the building process.  If Garrott construction builds it Ashton is going to be the one who is on-site driving more nails than anyone else from the start to the finish.
